Will I need to have a new line installed?
No. As Fibreband uses a fibre network, a new line is not needed and you can say goodbye to line rental. The solution is delivered using VoIP, but you can still use your household phones.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes we can port your existing number. This service incurs a one-off feee depending upon the package selected. With the Optic25 package the cost is £15, with the Optic50 package is £5, and with Optic100 is it free. Alternatively we can offer you a new number free of charge.
