FIBREBAND Cancellation and Refund Policy
Definitions
"Charges" means charges to be paid by you relating to the Services or these Conditions according to the prices and rates set out in our Price Lists posted on our web site at www.fibreband.co.uk from time to time or as otherwise notified to you from time to time and including without limitation the applicable monthly and installation charges;
“Excess Usage” means any use of services beyond that provided under the bundle offer.
“Fibreband Signup Sheet” means the order form in which you agree to take the Fibreband services.
"us", "we" or “Fibreband” means Fibreband Ltd, with its principal place of business located at 7th Floor, County Gates House, 300 Poole Road, Westbourne, Dorset, BH12 1AZ and whose website is located at www.fibreband.co.uk;
“working days” means from Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm excluding bank holidays.
"you" means the customer that orders our Services and includes any person who we reasonably believe is acting with your authority or knowledge;
General
Fibreband Limited provides you a 7 (seven) working day cooling off period from the date that you signed up to our service in which to cancel this agreement.
Upon cancellation within this 7 (seven) day cooling off period, you will be refunded any fees that you have paid, excluding setup fees usage charges and Excess Usage.
Refund Policy before 7 (seven) working days
We stand by the quality of our service. If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 (seven) working days of your signup, we offer you a full refunded cancellation.
The refund policy applies to new subscribers only. Account renewals or upgrades and excluded.
Our policy is voided if you are seen to violate our Fair Usage Policy. No refunds will be given in this instance.
Refund Policy after 7 (seven) working days
We do not have a money back guarantee policy after 7 (seven) working days of your signup.
We cannot and do not guarantee the following:
- Speed of connection.
- Uninterrupted service.
- The performance of how the internet is performing between our servers and your computer, and between our servers and the website you are accessing.
- The performance of software or applications that you use or their efficiency on our network.
We do not provide a money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the service but it has been provided in accordance to the signed Fibreband Signup Sheet.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds even if you cancel your services before the end of your subscription period.
Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, damages, or loss of profit that may arise from the use of our services..
Refund Process
To cancel a service or request a refund, email support@fibreband.co.uk . The refund shall be provided within 30 days of receipt of the notification. The refund can only be returned to the account from which it came.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Refund Policy from time to time. This will become binding and it is the responsibility of you to periodically check for updates and abide by the terms.
We DO NOT tolerate criminal activities of any sort. If you are found to violate our Fair Usage Policy, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any advance warning or notification. You will forfeit all the privacy and confidentiality privileges that our service provides. Should you fail to adhere to these terms, NO REFUND SHALL BE PROVIDED.
